The Court Building today is a source of office facilities second to none in the city. Tenants share every modern convenience along with the pride that comes from doing business in an impressive, dignified office building. The Court Building is truly an attractive place to establish business offices. Availability is always limited as our building has very high occupancy rates, but as you will see we currently have two suites open for leasing. There are many different sizes from which to choose. Currently Available Suites :

Suite 14, which has 232 square feet, is a nice one room office located on the first floor adjacent to the Vine Street exit.  

Suite 303, which has 425 square feet, and located on the third floor, is a two room office facing N.W. Fourth Street.
