Meeting Rooms

The Court Building offers its clients three meeting rooms. An intimate conference room awaits that special sales meeting, a deposition or small gathering. A medium-sized meeting room, which seats up to 15 people is designed for those round table discussions and important brain-storming sessions. While a large meeting room with large screen television, DVD/VCR and sound system is also available. 

Exercise Facilities

The Court Building offers a state of the art exercise club. The very nicest part of this club is that it is "free" to occupants and their employees. Make your before work, lunchtime or after work periods more productive.

Security

Security is always important in a business atmosphere. The Court Building offers state of the art electronic security as well as the old fashioned front desk greeting station. You can feel secure.

Parking

The Court Building maintains its own parking lot a short distance from the building. There is no obligation for use of this parking space in the terms of the lease. It is merely a low cost option to tenants.

Extras

Some of the more important items are those that can make your workday more productive. The Court Building offers a state of the art telephone system for your office. Need copies? We have a multi- page colating wonder! We offer storage, mailing and facsimile as well! As you can see, we cover all the bases.
